




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible administrative staff to perform data entry, document review, and software handling tasks in the logistics sector. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and Financial studies are valued We are looking for administrative staff for a logistics company located in La Almunia de Doña Godina. Main responsibilities include entering data into the system, reviewing and verifying delivery notes and invoices, as well as operating the client's specific software program. Additional duties inherent to the position may also arise during daily operations. The contract is full-time, with forty hours per week scheduled from Monday to Friday. Working hours are organized into rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Living near the workplace is desirable. * GM/GS in Administration and Finance.
