The role’s mission is to ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the annual planning, as well as accuracy in performance reporting and analysis of the impact of planned programs for our mining client. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with weekly, monthly, and annual activity and initiative planning, and coordinate meetings and management follow-up for the Management team. * Verify milestone achievement against planning and coordinate development of management reports with the team. * Support implementation of the Management team’s strategic initiatives and collect and systematize program indicators. * Propose improvements and optimizations to the annual planning in collaboration with other professionals. * Coordinate with the management control teams of our client’s mining companies. * Implement our client’s Social Management Model and support procurement of services, purchases, and contracts.
