We are Evenia Hotels, a hotel chain headquartered in Barcelona, with over 50 years of experience in the sector and 15 hotel complexes in Spain, Andorra and Panama. We continue growing and currently employ over 1,400 staff members, plus other business lines such as a travel agency, a congress palace and event and catering organization. Currently, we are seeking to hire an Administrative Staff member for one of our hotels in Huesca (Benasque), who will provide administrative support to the hotel’s various departments, especially in the procurement area. **Job Mission** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the hotel’s various departments, with particular focus on procurement, ensuring efficient management of orders, suppliers and administrative documentation. Contribute to the hotel’s smooth operational functioning through control, monitoring and optimization of administrative processes, aligned with Evenia Hotels’ quality standards and established procedures. **What will your day-to-day look like with us?** * You will manage and centralize administrative and procurement requests, providing cross-departmental administrative support to the hotel’s various departments, ensuring the proper execution of daily operations. * You will act as the liaison point between the hotel’s various departments and the group’s headquarters for correct administrative process management, following the group’s internal policies. * You will register, update and maintain the hotel’s administrative information in the management system (ERP), including items, suppliers, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices, as well as various payment records. * You will assist in organizing, controlling and archiving the hotel’s administrative and accounting documentation. * You will prepare basic reports and analyses related to the hotel’s administrative activities (procurement, consumption, suppliers, incidents, etc.). **What do we offer?** * Competitive remuneration. * A unique work environment, along with the opportunity to develop professionally and grow alongside a team of professionals with extensive industry experience. * Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training or studies in Administration, Business Management, Procurement or a related field. * Prior experience as procurement administrator, administration staff or supplier billing clerk. * Hotel industry experience is valued. * Supplier invoicing. * Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement software. * Strong command of Excel and office tools.
