We are looking for a full-time engineer or technician (m/f/d) in manufacturing technology who is passionate about creating efficient, safe, and well-functioning workflows – with a focus on material flow and assembly, not automation. **Your Responsibilities** As a manufacturing engineer (m/f/d), you will be a key figure in continuously improving our production processes. You will work closely with production, logistics, and development to ensure our products are manufactured intelligently and sustainably. Specific responsibilities include: * Analyzing and designing material flows – from goods receipt to finished product * Improving and balancing assembly stations for better ergonomics, quality, and efficiency * Participating in and implementing layout changes for new production concepts * Involvement in improvement and LEAN initiatives within the factory * Creating and updating work instructions and standards in collaboration with production This role requires close cooperation with assemblers, production managers, logisticians, and designers.
