Your responsibilities:* Take end-to-end responsibility for our product CGM TI-Gateway, enabling secure and cross-sector communication between all stakeholders in the German healthcare system. Actively shape the further development of this new and innovative application within the telematics infrastructure. * Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on legal regulations, customer feedback, current trends, and strategic objectives to create an effective and targeted product roadmap that ensures long-term success. * Conduct comprehensive market analyses and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities and make data-driven decisions that pave the way for pioneering product developments in the telematics infrastructure. * Coordinate and closely collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure the product not only exceeds user expectations but also delivers exceptional satisfaction and user experiences. * Proactively communicate with all stakeholders, conduct regular product reviews, and develop adaptive pricing strategies to increase market share while improving profitability. What you bring:* Several years of proven professional experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within software development, ideally with experience in healthcare and the telematics infrastructure. * A completed degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, medical informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field that highlights your academic excellence. * The ability to understand customer needs, align them with regulatory requirements, and transform them into successful product strategies. * Clear and goal-oriented communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way and to collaborate effectively and convincingly with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders at all levels. * A genuine passion for creative problem-solving, combined with strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset. Fluency in German and English is required.
