You will collaborate with designers, creatives, retouchers, motion teams, and producers—leading artwork production, ensuring flawless delivery, and maintaining the highest visual standards. This role is ideal for someone with **deep production knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to confidently solve design challenges for final delivery**. **Responsibilities** * Produce, adapt, and finalize artwork for digital, social, print, OOH, retail, and integrated formats. * Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production standards. * Lead complex artwork projects—including versioning, localization, and multi-market rollout. * Provide technical guidance to designers and junior or intermediate artworkers. * Collaborate with designers and creatives to translate layouts into accurate, print- or digital-ready artwork. * Create packaging-ready files, large-format print files, and complex mechanical artwork when required. * Oversee QC, preflight reviews, color accuracy, and export standards. * Manage file organization, naming conventions, and version control with precision. * Support continuous improvement of artwork workflows, toolkits, and best-practice processes. * Collaborate with producers on timelines, feasibility, and production considerations. **Requirements** * Extensive experience as a **Creative****Artworker** in agencies, design studios, or production environments. * Expert-level proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). * Solid technical knowledge of artwork production for print, digital, and multi-format deliverables. * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver **pixel****\-****perfect** results. * Knowledge of typography, layout, grids, and brand systems. * Confidence to mentor junior artworkers and support designers with production solutions. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and varied workflows simultaneously. * Experience in retouching, color correction, or packaging artwork is a plus.
