Job Description We are looking for a highly qualified **Systems Administrator** to join our technology team. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system and network availability, security, and performance. Responsibilities * Administer, supervise, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems. * Manage Windows and/or Linux environments. * Monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents. * Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and backup procedures. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Perform updates, migrations, and preventive maintenance of the technological infrastructure. * Collaborate with technical support and development teams to ensure operational continuity. * Document system configurations and procedures. Requirements * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration. * Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. * Experience in network administration, virtualization, and storage management. * Knowledge of cybersecurity, firewalls, and backup solutions. * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus. * Analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and teamwork skills. * Intermediate or advanced level of technical English.
