We are looking for a **Technical Lead** to lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions at our client’s technology center in Spain. You will be part of a global ecosystem of over 1,000 technologists, collaborating closely with various international hubs. Your mission will be to guide development teams under a **DevOps** culture, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business objectives in a high-availability and IoT environment. **Your Responsibilities** * **Technical Leadership \& DevOps:** Guide the team in adopting DevOps culture and automating tasks. * **Architecture and CI/CD:** Evolve build pipelines, define deployment strategies and environment promotions (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). * **Environment Management:** Ensure configuration, maintenance, and support of development and testing environments. * **Lifecycle Optimization:** Implement solutions to improve the SDLC and provide constructive support to development teams. ### **Requirements** * **Core Experience:** +6 years with Visual Studio, C\# (.NET Framework / .NET Core) and IIS. * **Data:** +6 years of solid experience with SQL Server, Sybase or PL/SQL (complex design, stored procedures, performance tuning). * **Product Leadership:** +4 years as Tech Lead in billing products or regulated sectors. * **Technical Stack:** +3 years in SOLID architecture, WCF, MVC, NuGet and quality tools (Sonar). * **Modern Stack:** +2 years of hands-on experience with Angular and Node JS. * **Methodologies:** Agile (Jira/Confluence) and peer leadership (Release Engineer, Quality Lead or similar). * **Plus:** Knowledge of SSIS, Power Apps, ASP.NET and ETL/BI.
