A nurse is needed to join the team at a residential facility in Valdesoto. Responsibilities include designing and implementing an individualized care plan for each resident. In the clinical area, oral, injectable, and intravenous medical treatments will be administered; wound and ulcer dressings will be performed; vital signs such as blood pressure and glucose levels will be monitored; and daily medication management will be carried out. The nurse will also serve as a liaison among residents, their families, and the medical team—including physicians and social workers. Additionally, health status will be assessed upon admission to prevent risks such as falls or malnutrition, while promoting healthy habits. Another key responsibility is providing emotional support—accompanying residents through the aging process, fostering their self-esteem, and ensuring dignified end-of-life care. For this position, a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required. A temporary employment contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of twenty hours per week and flexible working hours to be agreed upon. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Care of Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
