We seek a responsible, customer-oriented individual to manage customer service and ensure smooth operations in our gaming hall, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and an outstanding experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Providing in-hall customer service, resolving inquiries with professionalism and approachability. * Controlling access and verifying legal requirements (age, identification, capacity). * Conducting basic machine supervision and reporting incidents. * Cash handling: processing payments, giving change, and managing cash balances. * Monitoring compliance with regulations and responding to incidents. * Assisting with opening, closing, and maintaining order on the premises. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service (experience in gaming, hospitality, or retail is preferred). * Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts. * Basic cash-handling and computer skills. * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends). **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in customer service. * Observational skills and ability to detect risky behaviors. * Teamwork orientation and proactivity. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract and competitive salary. * Initial and ongoing training. * A professional environment focused on safety. * Opportunities for internal advancement.
