We are currently seeking a **Technical Service Administrator** to manage, coordinate, and optimize department operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. **Main responsibilities** * Coordinate and assign tasks to the technical team. * Manage work orders, follow-ups, reports, and service closures. * Handle customer requests and provide administrative support to the technical department. * Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials inventory. * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure compliance with response times and quality standards. * Prepare performance reports and departmental reports. * Order management **Requirements** * Proven experience in technical service administration or similar roles. * Knowledge of work order management and customer service. * Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. **Valued qualifications** * Experience in the Horeca, industrial, or technical maintenance sectors. * Basic knowledge of technical equipment, refrigeration, industrial kitchens, or similar. **We offer** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Stable contract. * Positive work environment and professional team. * Opportunities for career development within the company. * Continuous training.
