




**Functions** * Will be responsible for attending spa guests by personally welcoming them and addressing any requests, offering ideal solutions in each case. * Will be responsible for answering all phone calls at the Spa/Wellness reception within the first or at most second ring, maintaining positive, friendly, and clear communication in a courteous manner. * Will properly use all reservation system tools, both for the spa and the hotel (Spa Reservation System, OPERA, CARDOLA), ensuring that every reservation is accurately completed, up to date, and meeting established standards. **Requirements** * Experience working at the front desk in luxury hotels. * Knowledge of the product. * Familiarity with Opera Cloud. * High proficiency in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold fluent conversations and write correspondence. * Ideally, should know a third language at the same level. **Area \- Position** Hospitality, Tourism \- Hotel Receptionist
