We are looking for staff to care for elderly people in a residence located in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena (Málaga). The position is for a gerocultor/a. The main responsibility will be assisting and caring for residents in daily activities that they find difficult to perform independently. This involves helping them with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility, always respecting their individuality and dignity. Staff are also expected to contribute to promoting residents' autonomy in their social and personal environment. We offer a substitute contract with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding rest periods. The salary offered is based on the current collective agreement. Immediate incorporation is required. * Qualification as Nursing Assistant, Clinical Assistant, Socio-healthcare Assistant or similar, TCAE, or Professional Certification in socio-healthcare assistance for dependent individuals in social institutions. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Serve breakfasts, meals, snacks, and/or dinners as instructed by your supervisor. * Ensure proper hydration of residents at all times. * Make residents' beds and collect laundry from rooms. * Administer oral medication to residents as directed by nursing staff.
