At **Alanda Marbella Hotel & Wellness 5***, we are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented individual with basic technical knowledge to contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities. Job Mission Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the hotel, ensuring facilities remain in optimal condition—with particular focus on plumbing and masonry work—to provide safe and comfortable spaces. Key Responsibilities * Perform basic general maintenance tasks throughout the hotel. * Assist with plumbing work (leak repairs, faucet replacements, unclogging, etc.). * Carry out minor masonry repairs (wall repairs, floor fixes, tile repairs, basic painting). * Collaborate on preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Identify and report incidents or malfunctions. * Maintain tools and materials in good condition and organized. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Support other technical staff as needed. Requirements * Prior experience in general maintenance, plumbing and/or masonry. * Practical knowledge of basic repairs. * Technical training related to maintenance, construction, or installations is desirable. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Availability for shifts and on-call duties according to operational needs. * Responsible, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
