As part of the Firm’s Recruitment and Selection team, you will manage end-to-end selection processes for highly diverse profiles across our various business lines. At PwC, we are seeking a professional **Passionate about Talent Acquisition and Attraction** for our Human Capital team. With **1 to 4 years of experience** in the following areas: * Managing recruitment processes for Junior and Senior profiles within a high-volume hiring department * Identifying hiring needs and defining candidate profiles in collaboration with internal clients * Publishing job postings * Experience in direct candidate sourcing * Attending university presentations and national-level career fairs at leading universities * Screening and conducting telephone and in-person interviews * Managing onboarding of new employees **Required Competencies:** * Ability to work autonomously. * High level of English proficiency. * High level of Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent high-level communication skills. * Planning ability and commitment to quality. * Teamwork orientation. * High tolerance for pressure
