Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create and continuously improve content. At DRED, we seek to hire a **Catalog Manager** to lead the management, development, and updating of our training content portfolio. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the pedagogical quality and structural coherence of our courses. Main Responsibilities * Select and coordinate subject-matter experts across various knowledge domains to develop training content. * Continuously analyze the catalog to ensure its up-to-dateness, relevance, and alignment with market needs. * Supervise and finalize course content outlines. * Upload and organize courses on the platform. * Provide pedagogical guidance to authors and subject-matter experts during content development. Requirements * University degree, preferably in **Pedagogy** or related fields. * Ability to analyze and organize training content. * Strong communication and coordination skills when working with expert profiles. * Prior experience in e-learning environments or educational content management is desirable. Conditions * Full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours: * Mornings: 8:00–15:00 * Two afternoons per week: 16:00–18:30 (employee’s choice) * Fixed annual gross salary of €18.000 + performance-based variable component. * On-site work in Seville.
