We are looking for a Quality Analyst and Technician for Guest Experience within the Quality Department of Eurostars Hotel Company. * Systematic review and classification of received customer feedback * Thematic coding of comments according to predefined criteria * Identification of satisfaction and dissatisfaction patterns * Analysis of ratings and scores assigned by customers * Preparation of periodic quality reports * Collaboration with other departments * Support in implementing quality standards * Monitoring of satisfaction KPIs What Are We Looking For?
