Currently, we are seeking to incorporate **new Production Operators** into our team — proactive, solution-oriented, dynamic individuals capable of developing new projects and working collaboratively. **Job Description** Job responsibilities will involve production activities, where, depending on the specific manufacturing process to be completed, tasks will be performed using machinery, tool-assisted methods, or manually. Additionally, packaging and packing activities for manufactured products will be carried out. **The following general qualifications are considered advantageous (**not possessing any of these does not exclude candidates from the selection process**): * Skill and experience in using hand tools. * Basic computer literacy. * Availability to work paid overtime during production peaks. * Availability to work night shifts and/or weekends on an occasional basis during production peaks. **The following specific skills are highly valued (**not possessing any of these does not exclude candidates from the selection process**): * Experience in the metal sector (aluminum, steel, etc.). * Prior knowledge and experience in fabric sewing. * Prior knowledge and experience in welding. * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Forklift operator license.
