




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrator to comprehensively manage grants, prepare technical and economic reports, and process licenses and certifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of grants and files. 2. Preparation of technical and economic reports. 3. Processing of licenses, authorizations, and administrative certifications. We seek a candidate to perform administrative tasks focused on grant management. This includes identifying available grant calls, preparing all required applications in detail, continuously monitoring files, and subsequently justifying the grants. The selected candidate will also be responsible for preparing technical and economic reports, as well as processing licenses, authorizations, and administrative certifications. A medium-level university degree (e.g., Business Administration and Management or Social Graduate) is required; experience or knowledge in grant management, financial justification, public tenders, and use of electronic government platforms will be valued positively. Familiarity with administrative regulations and proficiency in computer tools are essential. A temporary employment contract is offered, with a part-time schedule of 32 hours and 30 minutes per week. Working hours will be from 8:00 to 14:30. Salary will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. A certified disability of at least 33% is mandatory.
