Itinerant Inventory Manager

Join a growing company specializing in inventory services since 1995, recognized for its expertise and service quality. We are seeking a rigorous Inventory Manager with strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to join our dynamic and expanding team. You will play a key role in managing and executing physical inventories for various clients—from logistics coordination to discrepancy report generation—including team management and reporting to headquarters. Job Responsibilities: * **Conduct physical inventories for different clients**, applying the company’s established procedures and methodology. * **Lead and manage teams of 1 to 15 people**, providing leadership, training, on-site support, and overseeing their work during inventory operations. * Establish a **climate of trust with clients**, ensuring proper application of procedures. * Perform **administrative tasks related to the assignment** (e.g., timesheet reporting, expense declarations). Requirements: * Residence in **Seville or surrounding areas**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * **Mandatory Class B driver’s license** (held for at least one year). * Availability for **frequent travel** and conducting inventories during **variable hours** (early mornings and/or late afternoons/evenings). * Knowledge of a second language (**Portuguese**, French, and/or Italian) is a plus. * Prior experience in team management is valued. Conditions: * **Variable working hours**, depending on operational needs: early mornings and/or late afternoons\-evenings. * **Frequent travel within Spain**. Possible travel to Portugal and France, depending on language proficiency. * **Remuneration**: €1,555/month (12 payments per year) \+ bonuses. Travel expenses and per diems will be reimbursed. * **Contract type**: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * **Position type**: Full-time.
