DESCRIPTION The Loyola Foundation, an educational institution belonging to the Society of Jesus, seeks to hire an ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN for the **Portaceli School of Seville**, reporting directly to the School Administrator, who will perform, among others, the following duties: **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and control of administrative processes typical of an educational center. These processes include invoicing for various services, revenue collection, sales items, and stock control, using available IT tools. * Supervision and support of accounting processes, covering all areas of financial and analytical accounting. * Management of supplier relations, including order processing and receipt, budget management, delivery notes, and invoices. * Administrative support for managing educational and sports facilities. * Administrative management of extracurricular and complementary activities. * Coordination of PAS (Administrative and Services Personnel) under the supervision of the Administrator. * Support for teaching staff, students, families, and customers by responding to requests, incidents, and complaints. * Administrative support for the center’s academic secretariat. * Preparation, processing, classification, registration, and archiving of documents and communications. * Management of academic secretariat processes related to public administration. * Support for labor relations management and documentation handling. **Offered:** An opportunity to join an interesting institutional project representing a significant professional challenge, personal and professional development, and integration into a team of experienced professionals in the education sector, working with motivation and in an excellent working environment. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Working Hours:** 38 hours per week (full-time) **Start Date:** Immediate **Salary Range:** Between €20,800 and €27,800 gross per year Labor conditions according to the sector’s collective agreement. REQUIREMENTS **Academic Qualifications:** * University degree or Higher Technical Diploma in administration, management, and/or finance (Higher Vocational Training Cycle). **Knowledge/Skills:** * Experience with ERP systems for economic and academic management * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of accounting * Experience in similar positions Experience in similar roles within **educational institutions** will be **valued**.
