Position Summary:
We are seeking a Site Manager to plan, organize, and direct construction execution, supervise project compliance, coordinate teams, and manage suppliers.

3. Supervising quality, preventing risks, and resolving incidents.
We are seeking a Site Manager to plan, organize, and direct the execution of assigned construction projects. You will supervise project compliance, technical specifications, and scheduling; coordinate with the site supervisor, in-house staff, and subcontracting companies. You will also manage the procurement and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, control the budget, costs, measurements, and certifications, prepare comparative analyses, and monitor purchases and deliveries. Your responsibilities include supervising work quality, ensuring occupational risk prevention, maintaining communication with the technical management and the client, identifying and resolving technical incidents, and preparing progress and closing reports.
A university degree in Industrial Engineering or Architecture is required, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in this role, a 60-hour occupational risk prevention course, and a disability certificate.
A permanent employment contract is offered, full-time from Monday to Friday, working hours from 8\-9:00 to 18\-19, and a monthly salary of 2857 euros in Sevilla.
