Loyola University—the first socially initiated private university in Andalusia, promoted by the Society of Jesus—is recruiting a **Project Technician to support research projects within the framework of the project "Assessment of Key Competences for Academic and Professional Success in University Students (KEY-COM)"**, in the Department of Psychology. Loyola University encourages applications from candidates who meet the following generic professional profile: * Degree in Social Sciences or Health Sciences * Specialised training in statistics and methodology * Experience in developing and analysing Computerised Adaptive Tests * English language proficiency at least at B2 level * Experience in database management * Experience in research projects * Advanced office software skills Skills, competences, and personal qualities: * Proactivity * Interest in and willingness for continuous learning * Adaptability to change * Autonomy and initiative: problem-solving ability * Organisational ability: time management * Meticulousness and rigour * Empathy Loyola University offers: * A 6-month part-time contract linked to the project.
