We are currently seeking a **Production Manager** to join a major residential construction project in Seville, within an established and leading company in the construction sector. What will your responsibilities be? * Plan and monitor project execution. * Coordinate the human and material resources required for the proper development of the project. * Control costs, deadlines, and work quality. * Supervise subcontracted companies' work. * Manage certifications, measurements, and on-site production. * Ensure compliance with safety and prevention measures. * Report project progress to the Site Manager. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Production Manager in building construction projects. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Strong planning, organizational, and incident-resolution skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
