The Role You’ll work directly with the creator to: * Find and cast people for shows. * Book locations (gyms, studios, villas, outdoor spots). * Arrange cameramen/editors. * Organise times and schedules. * Be on set during shoots to keep things running smoothly. * Handle basic paperwork (NDAs, release forms). Who You Are * Based inAndalucia (or willing to relocate). * Organised, reliable, and proactive. * Some experience in media, events, or production. * Confident working with people and solving problems quickly. * Native english speaker or fluent high level with high experience in production coordination. Ability to find and cast people for shows Ability to book locations such as gyms, studios, villas, and outdoor spots Ability to arrange cameramen and cast Ability to organize times and schedules Ability to handle basic paperwork such as NDAs and release forms Experience organizing or helping run shoots, events, or productions Familiarity with YouTube content and popular creators and shows Ability to contribute creative ideas for new video concepts and formats Availability to work in person on a daily basis with the creator to bounce ideas and execute tasks quickly Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From 2,000\.00€ per month Application Question(s): * Would you be able to find 30 people in a short time for a challenge in for example Marbella for a YouTube video? * Are you confident you could find a location such as a gym for filming a video and negotiate the best deal? * Are you confident you can organise a group of people to arrive at a certain place at a certain time to shoot a video? * Would you be able to handle last\-minute changes on a shoot day, such as participants not showing up or crew arriving late? * Have you organised or helped run shoots, events, or productions before? * Are you confident you could help create content in styles and formats similar to successful YouTube channels? * Are you available to work in person on a daily basis with the creator to bounce ideas and execute tasks quickly?
