At TRANSMORO, we are expanding our Traffic team and looking for a SENIOR INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC OPERATOR: an experienced transportation sector professional eager to make a qualitative leap in their career and assume a key role in coordinating, supervising, and optimizing national and international traffic operations. This position carries strong operational leadership responsibilities, decision-making authority, and a holistic service perspective, working cross-functionally with planning, fleet, workshop, and other company departments. What will your contribution be? Comprehensive supervision of transportation services and real-time monitoring of fleet and drivers. Direct coordination with drivers: routes, loading/unloading, incidents, and continuous support during service delivery. Control of operational costs (fuel, tires, vehicle resource usage, etc.). Ensuring compliance with regulations: tachograph, driving and rest times, documentation, and traceability. Logistics management with customers and suppliers, ensuring service quality and swift resolution of incidents. Cross-departmental coordination to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Active participation in process improvement and departmental optimization. We are looking for someone who brings: Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation companies (domestic and international). Prior experience managing and coordinating teams (minimum 2 years). Commercial aptitude and customer experience. Education in Transportation and Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. Proficiency in office software and digital environments. Knowledge of tachographs, regulations, customs, ADR, and languages (English, French, and/or Arabic) is desirable.
