Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities, as well as propose technical improvements. We are continuing to expand our team for our client located in **Torre Pacheco**. Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are looking for an **Industrial Maintenance Technician** for our client to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities, as well as propose technical improvements. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Carry out corrective maintenance to resolve malfunctions of machinery in the factory production process and of technical facilities and buildings, aiming to provide efficient solutions. * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance interventions on machinery and facilities, including blade and wheel replacements, with the objective of minimizing breakdowns and resolving issues in the shortest possible time. * Conduct necessary operational activities for technical facilities to optimize technical/economic performance and ensure the facility delivers the required service. * Train and guide production operators on the correct operation of machinery. * Propose technical improvements to machinery aimed at reducing the number of breakdowns. * Comply with policies, standards, and instructions of Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and other applicable systems relevant to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical qualification in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience performing the functions described above. * Knowledge of mechanics and electricity. * Knowledge of pneumatics. * Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics. **What does the company offer?** * Stable position with opportunities for professional development. * Excellent working atmosphere. * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Working hours with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), one week per month.
