Experience in construction cost comparisons and budgeting, as well as preparation, organization, and control of all technical and administrative documentation for construction projects, will be valued. Quality and safety control on site, along with attendance recording, will be required. Tasks will cover planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with deadlines, specifications, and budgets. A vocational or university degree related to the field will be considered favorably. Strong teamwork skills and geographical flexibility are required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 15:00, and a monthly salary of 1\.700 euros.
