* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. * Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and experience in financial analysis. * Tax training will be valued. **Requirements:** * C1 level in English. * Excellent financial and quantitative skills. * Audit experience will be valued, preferably in Big Four firms, as well as experience in accounting, taxation, treasury or administration tasks. * Experience in interdepartmental coordination and communication with personnel from subsidiaries. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Attention to detail, organizational ability, technical rigor, team work planning, proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude and focus on achieving established goals. * Willingness to travel. * A demanding yet flexible and innovative professional who engages in new projects and seeks professional development within the company. **Main responsibilities:** * General financial accounting: + Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings. + Update accounting records in ERP (X3\). + Analysis, control and review of accounting accounts for companies managed by the Administration department. + Liaise with auditors, consultants and other corporate departments, providing necessary information and analysis, addressing business requirements. + Preparation of Annual Accounts and support during audit process. + Maintain accounting control over fixed assets. * Financial closing and reporting: + Collaborate with the team on accounting and administrative processes for operations of managed companies. + Financial statements analysis during monthly accounting closings. + Optimization and control of the team’s accounting processes. * Taxation: + Coordinate with external tax advisors for preparation of monthly and annual tax filings. + Corporate income tax, provision calculation and advance payments. + Accounting recording and reconciliation of tax filings. * Support to the corporate Treasury department.
