National Traffic Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive traffic operator to coordinate our domestic fleet, optimize routes, and manage shipments, with experience in Wtransnet and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of domestic freight traffic and route optimization We seek a candidate with proven experience in managing **domestic freight traffic**, to coordinate our fleet. We need someone proactive who thoroughly understands driving and rest time regulations, and who can optimize vehicle return trips. Main Responsibilities: * Daily management of shipments and trucks on Wtransnet (actively searching for loads, publishing truck offers, negotiating prices, closing operations). * Selection and contracting of carriers / self-employed drivers. * Real-time service tracking (departures, arrivals, incidents). * Documentation control (CMR consignment notes, waybills, special permits, etc.). * Optimization of empty kilometers and route profitability. * Customer support and resolution of operational issues. Essential Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a traffic operator, load manager, or traffic coordinator in a road freight transportation company (minimum 1\-2 years). * Proficient and regular use of Wtransnet (publishing offers, searching for loads, filtering, negotiating, etc.; if you do not use it daily, you will not fit this profile). * Valid driver's license class B. * Organized, proactive individual with strong commercial orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to start soon.
