As part of our positioning as a leading company in the field of Cybersecurity, we aim to reinforce our team by incorporating a Senior DevOps Engineer in León to lead the evolution of our development and deployment processes within an advanced, secure, and highly scalable technology environment. Lead the evolution of software development, integration, and deployment processes, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement. Design, deploy, and maintain robust, highly available, and scalable infrastructures for development, testing, and production environments. Configure and manage container and orchestration platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes. Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar solutions. Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure compliance with standards, best practices, and risk mitigation. Participate in the deployment and configuration of applications and services, ensuring stability, performance, and observability. Document architectures, processes, and technical solutions to facilitate clear communication across different teams. Stay up to date with key technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, GitLab, and Harbor, contributing technical vision and continuous improvement capability. What are we looking for in you? Go ahead—explore our offer and let us discover what you can bring to us! ✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments. ✅ At least 5 years of experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments. ✅ Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or other similar tools. ✅ Knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructures, high availability, and scalability. ✅ Experience with identity management and API gateways (e.g., Keycloak, Apisix), as well as observability platforms (e.g., ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus) will be valued. ✅ Scripting and programming language skills, along with SQL knowledge and database modeling concepts. ✅ Communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary technical environments. ✅ Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field, and advanced spoken and written English.
