Preparation of technical and management reports **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its Energy Services division, requires a Maintenance Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the technical team in carrying out maintenance and repair work on a building located in the Ponferrada area (León). Main responsibilities include: * Periodically reporting on the maintenance activities of the facilities under their responsibility * Planning and scheduling the technical team’s workload * Supervising the proper execution of the work order workflow * Managing and coordinating a team of 3 technicians * Maintaining direct contact with the client and addressing their needs * Preparing technical and management reports We offer: * Salary aligned with the applicable collective agreement. * Permanent contract. Immediate hiring, job stability, and negotiable remuneration based on candidate experience are offered. **Requirements** * Technical education in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in technical fields (Electricity, HVAC, Mechanics, or related disciplines). A university degree in Engineering is considered an asset. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing maintenance contracts for facilities: overseeing periodic inspections, proposing facility improvements, preparing budgets, subcontractor procurement, client interaction, and technical personnel management, etc. * Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, heat pump systems, RITE regulation, low-voltage (BT) standards, etc. * Leadership and operational management skills. * Proficiency in maintenance management software and control systems. **Additional Information** As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and values all applications without discrimination.
