**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or official recognition of social education qualifications. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offenses. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong capacity for learning. Enthusiastic, committed, and oriented toward others. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- As part of the center's Educational Team, responsible for carrying out pedagogical and educational interventions with the center's users. Participate, under the supervision of management and alongside technical staff, in studying and developing each individual or group's intervention plan.
