Currently, we are seeking to incorporate an experienced Construction Drafter into our team for a singular project. **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly qualified Construction Drafter with a proven track record of at least 5 years to join our team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and supervising construction drawings and details for installation works in the new Pit Building structures of the Formula 1 circuit at IFEMA. This project represents a unique opportunity to be part of an internationally significant event and contribute to its success. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documentation required for construction execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. * Conduct on-site measurements and layout surveys, verifying correspondence between design and actual construction conditions. * Collaborate closely with the engineering team, site supervisors, and other involved departments to resolve technical issues and optimize design. * Interpret and apply technical and safety regulations applicable to construction and installations. * Manage project technical documentation, including drawing revisions and approvals. * Attend construction progress meetings, providing technical solutions and documenting agreements. * Ensure proper interpretation of drawings by on-site execution teams. * Keep project graphical information updated according to modifications arising during construction execution. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Drafter. * Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). * Solid knowledge of construction and installation regulations. * Ability to interpret architectural, installation, and structural drawings. * Experience in developing detailed and execution drawings. * Ability to perform on-site measurements and layout surveys. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, rigor, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Availability to work at IFEMA (Madrid). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of additional BIM tools. * Prior experience in sports facility installations or large-scale events. * Specialized training in installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). **Project Conditions:** * **Start Date:** March * **Estimated Duration:** March, April, and May * **Location:** IFEMA (Madrid) If you meet the requirements and are passionate about being part of challenging and prestigious projects, we encourage you to join Eosol Group and contribute to the success of this exciting Formula 1 project.
