Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring project quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Progress and quality supervision, with a focus on risk prevention We seek an experienced professional to fill the position of Construction Site Manager for building projects. Site Management: Coordinate and supervise all construction-related activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. Planning: Develop and update work plans, schedule resources, and optimize processes to ensure project execution efficiency. Execution: Lead and supervise the construction team, ensuring correct implementation of works and timely resolution of any issues arising. Occupational Risk Prevention: Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, promoting a risk prevention culture. Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and coordinate the workforce, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. Supervision: Conduct regular inspections of construction progress, ensuring work quality and adherence to construction drawings and technical specifications. Requirements: * 2 years of experience. Blueprint reading knowledge. Proven experience of at least 2 years in positions of responsibility for construction project management. Solid knowledge in planning, execution, and control of construction works. Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Demonstrable experience in construction layout. Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and adapt to changes. Mandatory 60-hour PRL course. Mandatory Class B driving license. * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Blueprint reading knowledge.
