We are looking for a nurse to work in a geriatric nursing home located in Bellpuig. This is a stable position with a 30-hour weekly schedule, directly contracted by the nursing home. The work will be from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning (from 9:00 to 15:00\) and afternoon (from 15:00 to 21:00\) shifts, allowing you to enjoy weekends off. Your responsibilities will include: assessing nursing care when new residents are admitted, preparing and administering medications according to medical prescriptions, and providing palliative care, including administering painkillers. Additionally, you will participate in validating the care plan together with the interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, provide emotional support to residents, and respond to inquiries from their families. You will also supervise care provided by auxiliary staff and perform coagulation tests (INR), adjusting the dosage according to the doctor's instructions. For this position, a Nursing degree or professional registration is required, along with the ability to work in a team and attention to detail in all tasks. Previous experience in nursing homes will be valued positively.
