National company based in Lleida, installer of lighting, water, heating, renewable energies, telecommunications, comprehensive maintenance, electrical conduits, etc. We are looking for a responsible, proactive building maintenance worker with technical knowledge to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in various buildings. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of building systems and infrastructure. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, sanitary, and mechanical installations. \- Carry out periodic inspections of the installations. \- Keep records of interventions and maintenance performed. \- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. \- Read blueprints and interpret technical manuals. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years, demonstrable. Knowledge of lighting, climate, and heating.
