




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff for document management, accounting and financial support, report preparation, and warehouse management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse and database management We are looking for personnel to perform administrative tasks in a company headquartered in Siero (Asturias). Duties include full document management: registering, classifying, archiving, and processing documents, files, communications, and tenders. Accounting and financial tasks will also be supported; reports will be prepared; the warehouse will be managed; and databases will be maintained. A minimum of three years’ verifiable experience in similar positions is required. A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Sciences, or a higher vocational qualification in Administration and Finance is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in office and management software is required, as well as a valid Class B driving license to travel to the workplace. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract with flexible working hours. Salary and other conditions comply with the Collective Agreement for the Forestry Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
