What will you do? * Lead **end-to-end technical management** of software development. * Conduct **analysis, requirements gathering**, and definition of technical solutions. * Supervise the **entire project lifecycle**, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with objectives. * Coordinate and energize **multidisciplinary teams**, ensuring smooth communication among business, development, and architecture. * Ensure **technical consistency**, applying object-oriented design principles and architectural patterns. * Actively participate in **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Supervise deliverables, review code, validate designs, and ensure best practices. * Manage risks, dependencies, and planning, proposing technical and process improvements. * Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in delivery. Don’t worry if you don’t meet all the requirements: **we value your potential, attitude, and ability to add value**. ✅ **Mandatory** * Experience in **technical management of software projects**. * Strong **analytical, communication, and proactive skills**. * Experience in **requirements gathering** and functional/technical supervision. * Knowledge of **C / C\+\+** and **Object-Oriented Design** (intermediate level). * Demonstrable experience in **Scrum (advanced)** and **Kanban (advanced)**. * Knowledge of **ITIL (intermediate level)**. * Experience in **architectural patterns** (advanced). * Functional knowledge of **information architecture** (5–10 years). * Experience managing technical teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or other STEM engineering or science disciplines. **Desirable** * Prior experience as a technical lead, architect, or team leader. * Ability to present technical solutions to clients. * Additional knowledge or certifications in IT methodologies or management. * Experience in defining hybrid hardware-software solutions.
