At **DORMITY**, the industry-leading manufacturer and retailer of sleep systems with over 20 years of experience and a network of more than 55 stores, we are seeking commercial talent for our physical stores located in the Vallès Occidental region (Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallés, Rubí, Barberà del Vallès, etc.). ***What will you do at DORMITY?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and tailored advice to each customer based on their actual needs. * Confident, conviction-driven, and knowledge-based sales promotion. * Follow-up on quotations and contributing to customer loyalty. * Ability to guide customers through to purchase decisions, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission system resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and continuous training on sales techniques and products delivered by our professionals, equipping you with all necessary tools. * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
