We are looking for 1 Social Worker for the Social Area: Personal Support and Assistance Service and Residential Center Girona \- Initial reception, assessment and social diagnosis of individuals linked to the organization. \- Accompaniment as primary contact for service users in developing and carrying out their independent living processes. \- Recording of social follow-up and intervention-related data in databases and corresponding software systems. \- Internal coordination with other programs and services within the organization to ensure comprehensive and interconnected support across different departments. \- Facilitation of group social work activities. \- Networking to promote the organization and foster coordinated action among various social and healthcare stakeholders serving individuals linked to the organization. \- Participation in meetings, committees, and collaborative spaces with various public and private organizations. \- Analysis and monitoring of performance indicators for different programs and projects within the department. \- Involvement in designing, evaluating, and planning actions aimed at better identifying the needs of people with disabilities supported by the department. \- Participation in designing, evaluating, and planning innovative initiatives to engage individuals connected to the organization, such as training sessions, gatherings, informational meetings, among others. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * DEGREE REQUIRED * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Skills / knowledge: DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK OR EQUIVALENT. Vocation for person-centered care. Communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy. Autonomy, problem-solving ability, teamwork, innovation, and proactivity will be valued. Additional languages are an asset (English, French, Arabic). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technological management tools.
