The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Part-time weekend schedule. * Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. Responsibility allowance. * Initial temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
