




* Information, in-person and telephone customer service. * Daily access control, as well as during events and activities, including reception tasks when necessary. * Receiving and safeguarding mail and courier deliveries. Maintaining a good appearance, orderly spaces, and proper use of equipment and furniture by users. * Reporting any irregularities or abnormalities occurring during work on the same day to the contract manager or designated person, as well as reporting damages or malfunctions requiring repair. * Proper opening and closing of facilities.
