




We are seeking two administrative profiles to support a sales team at a leading biotechnology company. Your main responsibility will be managing the entire administrative process related to the sale and maintenance of laboratory instruments, ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and resolving any queries that arise. You will be the key point of contact for creating and tracking budgets, contracts, tenders, and service orders. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information entered into SAP and will collaborate closely with sales and management teams to optimize procedures and deliver the best possible customer service. Proficiency in SAP, fluent spoken and written English (C1), solid understanding of service business operations and customer experience, and experience with Microsoft Office are required. This position involves hybrid working, with initial in-person training followed by a combination of office-based and remote work.
