




We are looking to hire an administrative assistant for the sales backoffice to work at an engineering company located in the Riudarenes area. The main responsibilities will include: * Providing document support and drafting procedures. * Managing the calibration plan. * Document control. * Supplier and qualification management. * Cross-functional tasks. * Other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, morning shift between 07:00 and 15:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. * We are seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish.\- Advanced level of English. CFGM in Administration or equivalent.
