Work that makes a real difference in people's lives At Fundació Privada Altem, we are the leading local entity in the social sector and are currently seeking committed professionals to join our team as Educational Technical Assistants at our residential facility for individuals with functional diversity, located at Far de l'Empordà. We offer a temporary position to cover staff holidays, within a work environment grounded in values, stability, and a service-oriented vocation. Your responsibilities will include: * Direct care and assistance to residents (health, safety, hygiene, and well-being). * Promoting autonomy, coexistence, and social relationships. * Facilitating planned educational and psychosocial activities. * Monitoring and recording daily interventions. * Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team in implementing the Individualized Care Plan. Requirements: * **Education:** Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in *Care for Dependent Individuals*, *Early Childhood Education*, or *Professional Certification in Care for Individuals* (or equivalent). **Mandatory requirement.** * **Languages:** Catalan and Spanish (advanced level, both oral and written). * **Other requirements:** Valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle.
