We are a hotel chain on the Costa Brava and are looking for staff to fill the vacancy of Reservation Management at one of our hotels, Hotel Eden Roc located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Main responsibilities include: * Answering phone calls and emails. * Confirming, modifying, and canceling reservations. * Coordinating with relevant departments. * Monitoring VIP reservations, regular guests, and special requests. * Other duties as required by the position. Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service or reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Fluent spoken English, French, Spanish, and Catalan—mandatory. * Knowledge of additional languages, such as German, is an advantage. * Problem-solving attitude, organized, and strong communication skills. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
