We are seeking Kitchen Assistants, Buffet Attendants, and Dishwashers for our hotels located in Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava. **Functions:** * Follow instructions and tasks assigned by the supervisor and report any incidents to them * Prepare dishes according to technical sheets, ensuring required quality and presentation * Create a list of depleted products and report it to the Station Chef * Assist in dish preparation tasks, resolving any doubts or issues that may arise * Comply with established quality standards * Fully integrate food safety regulations, allergens, HACCP, etc., into daily work habits **We Offer:** \- Immediate incorporation for the 2025 season \- Job stability within an expanding hotel chain **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in kitchens and/or restaurants, preferably in hotels * Conversational level of Spanish * English: initial level desirable * Knowledge of food safety will be valued Desired Requirements * Experience working in dynamic environments * Experience in buffet restaurant operations and setup * Experience working in high-volume production kitchens
