Join our team at HOTEL SA PUNTA and be part of the magic of hospitality! We are seeking a passionate professional dedicated to customer service to join our dining room/bar team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment of their arrival. **Main Responsibilities:** · Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently, providing high-quality service. · Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery. · Collaborate with the team to ensure diner satisfaction. · Maintain clean and orderly dining room/bar areas. · Restock and clean tables after each service. · Monitor customer needs and respond proactively. · Collaborate with the Maître and other team members on daily tasks. · Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. · Know the menu and provide recommendations to customers. · Maintain basic knowledge of the hotel’s signature dishes and beverages. · Assist in the preparation and presentation of special events and themed dinners. · Prepare cocktails. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a restaurant waiter/bartender. Friendly, service-oriented attitude. Stock management and control. Cash register closing. Effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
