Our team consists of **over 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from over 45 countries. **Mission:** Under the supervision of the Operations Management and according to established policies and procedures, you will be responsible for ensuring proper operational functioning and continuous improvement in an external logistics warehouse managing the company's products, representing the organization's interests. You will act as a liaison between the logistics provider and internal departments, ensuring compliance with procedures, analysis of key performance indicators, and resolution of operational incidents. **Your Responsibilities:** * Implement continuous improvement activities (processes, facilities, and workforce) promoted by the Continuous Improvement Manager across all centers, including development and monitoring. * Implement best practices to ensure proper deployment and functioning of the methodology. * Coordinate Lean implementation tasks with other departments. * Monitor the Lean implementation roadmap. * Support workers across different centers in effectively developing and implementing Lean Warehousing principles and work methodologies. * Monitor improvements implemented in operations. Attend warehouse quality meetings. * Implement projects during start-ups of new sites. * Standardize processes and ensure compliance with established standards. * Adapt and document required continuous improvement methodologies. * Prepare and periodically report information/documentation related to your area. * Calculate department KPIs, detect deviations, and propose timely corrective actions. * Conduct ongoing Lean training and deliver training on key improvement levers. * Comply with Quality, Safety, Risk Prevention, Serious Accident Prevention, and Environmental procedures and instructions applicable to your department. * Follow necessary preventive measures for your own safety and that of others who may be affected by your professional activities. * Use machines, equipment, tools, substances, and any other resources properly, and correctly wear provided PPE. * Do not disable or misuse existing or newly installed safety devices in all workplace areas under your responsibility. * Ensure proper segregation of waste generated in your work area and promote actions to minimize it. **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor's degree, Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) * Languages: English: B1 * Skills: AutoCAD, Calendar, Gmail Drive Google Forms, proficiency in Office Suite, SQL Administrator, Google Meet * Experience: 5 years. University education, preferably in a technical field, will be positively considered. * Knowledge of Lean methodology, Manufacturing, 5S, standardization procedures, etc., will be valued favorably. * English B1 level will be positively considered. * Prior experience performing similar roles in a logistics operator or production plant will be valued favorably.
